Govt. College for Girls, Kairu (Bhiwani)
Block Kairu had great need of Girls College in the south west part of Bhiwani district to impart
quality education among Girls Students in this rural area. Nearby Village Panchayats had demanded Haryana Govt. to establish a girl’s college in this area. To cater this long demanded need Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Manohar Lal announced the Govt. College for Girls,
Kairu in 2018 and subsequently it was founded in the same year on 3rd May 2018. At initial stage, it offers only under graduate (UG) programmes in humanities,
social sciences and commerce, it is affiliated to Chaudhary Bansi Lal
University, Bhiwani. It is the only college for girls within radius of approx.
20 KM from its location at Kairu block. It is playing a substantial role in Girls Education in this area.
